Companies who fit the following criteria are required to develop affirmative action programs of $50,000 or more in federal contracts or subcontracts during a 12-month period and 50 or more employees at all locations combined.

Our affirmative action programs are written in clear and consistent language, include required narratives and statistics, and meet all federal and state laws.

RBE works with clients to develop an acceptable document that meets all legal requirements and reflects the sprit of the clients’ organizations.
