Jinni Rock-Bailey has over 20 years of experience in the for-profit and non-profit Human Resources Industries. She holds a Master's Degree in Labor Relations from Rutgers University, a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Howard University and an Associates Degree in Manpower Administration from SUNY Buffalo.
